How to make Silk Streamers
What you will need (makes 2):
- 36' 1/4" wooden dowel
- Snap Swivel (fishing)
- Plain round key ring (size depends on snap swival)
- Hook eye
- Pushpin
- Saw
- Sandpaper
- 2 scarves (the 8mm China Silk 11x60 and 14x72 all work well) - you will either want to order them with the "streamer" seam in place, or you will need to sew a pocket in the top of the scarf like the black line indicates in the image below:
