The woman God used to birth this ministry (Donna)'s son just returned from active military duty overseas. She had been incredibly blessed by a prayer ministry named Baghdad Prayer Patrol (a part of Prayer Central).
A short while later, we received the following testimony addressed to Donna, myself, and Carol (who creates the anointing oils used on all Dyed4you scarves).
Hello Donna and Meghan and Carol…
First I want to thank YOU Donna, actually both Wayne and I wanted to thank you for the scarves. These arrived yesterday, and you have really heard from the Lord. Thank YOU for having a listening and sensitive ear and heart to serve Him and us in this way. It’s significant and timely!
Wayne already has his scarf hanging on the edge of his computer in his office. And, I need to let you know about a testimony connected to the scarf which you sent, and which Meg and Carol created.
I’ve been working in N. India for over 12 years with various church planting movements in prayer equipping and mobilization to see regions broken open to the gospel. We’ve seen many extraordinary breakthroughs, and the Lord of the Harvest is running through the region at this time.
Last Spring some of my Indian colleagues asked me to start a woman’s movement called, “Woman rise” (which is the title of a book that I finished and published 2 yrs. back, that outlines the lives of 5 Indian women currently impacting their nation with the Lord).
OK, so, as I’ve been sowing into this women’s movement, I haven’t felt 100% certain that I should embrace this initiative as a sole focus and therefore have been esp. seeking Him for confirmation right now.
Four nights ago the Lord gave me a vivid dream about a woman in bondage, and in the dream I held out to her a maroon and gold scarf and as she reached out to receive it, the cords of bondage fell off of her.
Not only that, but in the dream, an American woman was walking with me and we were talking. I almost exclusively work with Indians, so, it seemed a little odd that an American woman, whom I didn’t know, was walking with me in the dream that had to do with N. Indian/Pak, Afghan women who are in bondage. However, when I checked out your websites (Carol and Meghan), I saw instantly from Meghan’s photo that she IS exactly the woman who was walking with me in the dream (and of course the creator of the scarf).
So, when your scarf came yesterday, it’s very similar in the color pattern of what I held up in the dream. Though there are details which I’m still seeking the Lord on, this scarf was a SIGN from the Lord, (along with Meghan’s face being the American woman in the dream) and a real encouragement in a season of FOG.
Thank YOU for adding another piece to a puzzle the Lord’s pulling together; isn’t that profound? Yeah, Jesus! Thank YOU Donna, Carol and Meghan!!!
